I was planning to paint another color on top of this one, and then put spots in this same shade of purple over that, but as soon as I started to put this color on, I decided to let it be. Next time, though, it's on!

Now that I'm no longer at a job where I'm banging my nails around on food-service equipment all day, and am now in a job where I end up staring at my hands as I type, I've started painting my own nails again. I was just going the boring route at first, but I realized this weekend that I can get creative with my nails! 

I decided to try out the accent nail trend by adding a coat of e.l.f.'s "Golden Goddess" to the ring finger on each hand. I loved the result, I keep staring at my fingers ... Must have to do with the female instinct to love shiny things!
