Weekend Wrap-Up

1-4. After asking me to be her maid of honor over pizza and beverages at Mellow Mushroom (I said yes!) Jessica and I headed next door to a local Thai restaurant called Buddha's Belly where my old roomie, Jen, works. We had a couple of glasses of wine, a bowl of coconut ice cream (sent out to us by the owner!), and tried on the sashes, or Sabai, that all of the servers wear.

5. After running errands all the way out to another county in search of a specific dog food for our new pup -- look for him next week -- Matt and I headed to TacoLu for lunch. I am a self-proclaimed nacho connoisseur, and TacoLu has some of the best ones around!

6. In our efforts to clean and puppy-proof the apartment, the space that had been set aside to be Matt's workshop somehow ended up becoming my craft workshop. Rather than complain that the space wasn't being used as intended, I graciously cleaned, organized and even used the space on Sunday. I have plans to make the space even more efficient, but for now it is wonderful not to be sitting on the floor leaning over the coffee table as I work.

Posting might be sporadic this week with all of the holiday excitement, but keep an eye out on Friday for a special coupon code! Until then, stop by my shop and check out the spring and summer items that I've got on sale.

Here's to a short work week!

xo, Kellie
